Terms of Exhibiting
01. There will be no refunds, credits or transfers on tables for any reason. Each vendor will get an 8x8 space with 1 Table and 2 chairs. This space will be $100 for the Convention and include 2 badges that can be rotated amongst the vendors staff if they so choose.

02. Exhibitor agrees to remain set up during the entire duration of the convention, and vendor may not break down before the end of the show. The space will be open from Wednesday-Saturday at 10 am-6 pm to Sunday 9 am at 3pm.

03. Exhibitor understands that the focus of this show is gaming. Most (not all) of your products are expected to be gaming related.

04. Exhibitor set up is from Wednesday morning before 10AM (Tuesday time TBD). Failure to be set-up prior to show opening may result in the forfeiture of your table. Please discuss with promoter if you absolutely cannot make your set up times.

05. Exhibitors with Helpers: You are responsible for your helpers. Please make sure they have their badges. All persons are expected to adhere to convention rules. https://www.escapewintercon.com/con-rules/

06. Exhibitor agrees not to sell any inappropriate materials.

07. There is no smoking/vaping in the convention center.
*
08. Exhibitor is not permitted to set up any kind of stereo system/Bluetooth speaker/audio system that can interfere with other exhibitors or show functions without prior approval.

09. Exhibitor agrees to act in a professional and courteous manner at all times and agrees to abide by all instructions from promoter and convention center management/staff.

10. Exhibitor agrees not to sell any unlicensed or bootleg products, and they understand that they may be ejected from the convention for doing so without refund.

11. Exhibitor is not to adjust the dimensions of their booth or interfere with any neighboring booths/tables/merchandise, or place anything in the aisles. Vendors can load in their own racks, or tables should they so desire.

12. Outside solicitation or promotion is forbidden without prior approval or invitation from the promoter.

13. Exhibitor is not to tape anything to the walls, carpets, floors, tables, windows, etc. of the venue and is responsible for any damage that they may cause. Likewise, exhibitor is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of their assigned area.

14. There is to be absolutely no ‘subletting’ of table space to non-promoter-approved exhibitors.

15. If you are selected to be an exhibitor, we will send you an invoice via the email address provided in your exhibitor application. You do not have a table secured until the invoice is paid.

16. Promoter reserves the right to reject any exhibitor/artist/vendor/sponsorship application for any reason.
